US Aid to Israel

There is often reference to how much investment the US makes in Israel.

However, according to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Israel’s cumulative investments in the United States are more than those of other economic giants such as Italy, India, Russia, Hong Kong, and Brazil, not to mention major oil producer Venezuela and mutual defense treaty partner Taiwan, and all of Africa’s individual countries together.

But Israeli investments in America provide much more than “just” jobs, important as they may be.

From Israel, America also receives:
  • software and information technology
  • renewable energy
  • transportation (who in America doesn't use now Google`s Israeli created Waze?)
  • communications
  • cybersecurity
  • agricultural solutions
  • medical and healthcare innovations that improve the quality of and quite literally save American lives.

In short, the days of one-way American aid to Israel are history.
